A statement of the board, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice, and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meeting are accessible for public.

GENERAL BODY: There is a General Body of the Society consisting of a minimum of 20 members. All the members of the Governing Body are also the members of the General Body.

GOVERNING BODY: The Governing Body of the Society is to look after and manage the day-to-day affairs of the Society/Institute. The Chief Secretary, GNCT of Delhi is the Ex-officio Chairman of the Institute. The Principal Secretary (Finance), Govt. of NCT of Delhi; Principal Secretary (Urban Development), Govt. of NCT of Delhi; Secretary (Environment & Forest), Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Chairman Delhi Energy Development Agency are the members of the Governing Body. The Director, MGICCC is the Member-Secretary of the Governing Body

ACADEMIC COUNCIL: The Academic Council is an Advisory Body and it makes recommendations regarding maintenance of Academic standards of Training and Education, Research & Development, Teaching and Examination, sponsoring projects to other organizations and taking up of Research & Development projects and consultancy work by the Institute. The Sr. person of the committee is the Chairman of the Academic Council.
